By clicking on the checkbox acknowledging our  Terms and Conditions, you specify and attest that you own the copyright to any material provided to us AND/or you have permission from the copyright holder to print the material for personal use or resale.



We do not share your information of any kind to anybody other than interaction with the credit card processor relative to a sale or with our email processor if you sign up for one of our informational email announcements. Neither do we use third parties who would want to access that data for promotional reasons.  We do store our customer information online in our accounting program.  However, we are the only ones with access to the information.

Cancellation\Change Policy

Orders cancelled after submitting order will incur a 5%(minimum $5.00) fee. Requests to combine orders after submitting will incur a 3%(minimum $5.00) fee. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed if production has been initiated.

UPS Charges for Incorrect Shipping Address and Other changes

As or the posting of these Terms and Conditions, additional UPS charges are as follows:

* Reschedule Delivery to a future date:                             $11.99

*Change a domestic package’s delivery location        $16.99

*Deliver a domestic package to a UPS Access Point     $7.99

*Hold a package at UPS Customer Center will call        $7.99

Actual charges may change. These fees and any other storage, return shipment, or other UPS fees will be charged to payment method used for original transaction.

Return Policy

Shipping delays in transit are beyond our control and should be addressed by the individual carrier involved. We will not accept returns or issue credits for merchandise delayed after leaving our facility.

All of our mats, both Standard and Custom, are cut to order and are not returnable other than for the reasons noted below.

We guarantee our products for manufacturing quality and warrant that our packing system will protect them in transit. We will issue a credit or remake damaged mats at our discretion when advised of damage or defect within 15 days of receipt.

If we have shipped you the wrong item, we will at our discretion reship the correct item freight free or credit your credit card for the item
